• In partnership with Program Manager, implement marketing efforts for Ford Credit clients

• Planned and implemented various marketing and promotional events on campus and at local establishments

• Designed logo to be used in all promotional material

• Managed all social media and email accounts

• Answer inbound calls on multi-line console in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner

• Assist customers with making event reservations in on-campus buildings

•Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner setting a positive and welcoming tone for the departmental reception area
